GROUP PILGRIMAGE TO MEDJUGORJE ITINERARY

DAY 1: FLIGHT TO CROATIA AND ARRIVAL IN MEDJUGORJE

Today you will fly to Croatia, where you will be met by Philip and our team of representatives. The group will be transferred by coach to Medjugorje for dinner or light supper depending on flight time.

DAY 2: TOUR OF MEDJUGORJE AND APPARITION

The group will get introduced to Medjugorje today, first attending Morning Mass, followed by an introductory talk and tour of the Shrine. You will also attend the evening rosary in the Parish Church which is followed by parish Mass in Croatian, blessings, prayers for healing and the Glorious Mysteries of the Rosary.

Another event not to miss is the daily Apparition, taking place each night at 6.40pm. It is usually marked with a short silence and simultaneous translation is provided by the Parish Office. Please bring a small radio with headphones. These can also be hired locally.

DAY 3: VISIONARIES AND HILL OF APPARITIONS

Today we will have a morning meeting with one of the Visionaries, followed by Mass and a talk from one of the local Franciscan priests. In the afternoon, we will climb Podbrdo, the hill of the Apparitions for prayers. After dinner the evening programme begins with Rosary.

DAY 4: WAY OF THE CROSS

Today the group can climb Mount Krizevac, Cross Mountain, following the ‘Way of the Cross’.

DAY 5: VISIONARIES AND CENACOLO COMMUNITY

Today the group will be attending Morning Mass followed by a meeting with one of the Visionaries. In the afternoon, we have scheduled a visit to Cenacolo, a community for people recovering from alcoholism and drug addiction.

DAY 6: COMMUNITY OF THE OASIS OF PEACE

This morning the group will attend a meeting in the Community of the Oasis of Peace followed by Mass. In the afternoon, there is an optional trip to the Franciscan Monastery in Humac or to Studenci, the Shrine of the Sacred Heart (additional fees apply).

DAY 7: VINEYARDS WALK TO THE BLUE CROSS

After an early morning meeting with one of the Visionaries the group will take an afternoon walk through the local vineyards to the Blue Cross, a place where many Apparitions of Our Lady took place.

DAY 8: FLIGHT BACK HOME

Today is time to say goodbye to Medjugorje. After breakfast, the group will travel back to the airport for the flight back home. We hope you enjoyed the experience and your time in Medjugorje.
