Day 1 – Arrival in Gdańsk

Upon arrival at Gdańsk Airport, meet your English-speaking representative who will assist the group. For both UK and Ireland arrival: Enjoy a half-day guided sightseeing tour of Gdańsk (approximately 3.5 hours, exterior visits), including:

• Old Town of Gdańsk
• Mariacka Street
• Motława River and the Medieval Crane
• Market Square
• Renaissance Town Hall
• Celebrate Mass in a local church

Transfer to your hotel for check-in. Dinner and overnight in Gdańsk.

Day 2 – Gdańsk – Oliwa – Frombork – Olsztyn

After breakfast, the group will check out of the hotel and visit Oliwa Cathedral, one of Gdańsk’s most treasured landmarks and the world’s longest Cistercian church. Admire its magnificent Baroque interior, ornate altars, and the famous Oliwa Organ.

Continue to Frombork, closely associated with Nicolaus Copernicus, where the group will visit:

• Cathedral Hill
• Gothic Cathedral
• Burial place of Nicolaus Copernicus
• Celebrate Mass in a local church.

The group will continue to Olsztyn. Dinner and overnight in Olsztyn.

Day 3 – Gietrzwałd – Olsztyn

After breakfast, the group will travel to the Marian Shrine of Our Lady in Gietrzwałd, one of only three officially approved Marian apparition sites in Poland.

Learn about the apparitions of 1877, often referred to as the “Polish Lourdes.” Pope Paul VI elevated the church to the rank of Minor Basilica in 1970. Celebrate a Private Mass in one of the chapels.

Continue to Olsztyn for a guided city tour (approximately 3 hours), including:

• 14th-century Castle
• New Town Hall
• 15th-century Cathedral

Dinner and overnight in Olsztyn.

Day 4 – Wolf’s Lair – Święta Lipka – Reszel

After breakfast, the group will travel to Wolf’s Lair (Wilczy Szaniec), Adolf Hitler’s main military headquarters during World War II and the site of the failed assassination attempt of 20 July 1944.

Continue to the Marian Sanctuary of Święta Lipka, one of Poland’s most important Marian shrines and an outstanding example of Baroque architecture. Highlights include:

• Basilica
• Jesuit Monastery
• Cloisters
• Rich Baroque interior
• Celebrate Mass in the local church

Continue to Reszel, one of Warmia’s best-preserved medieval towns. The group will enjoy a Walking tour with exterior visits:

• Historic Market Square
• Church of St. Peter and St. Paul
• Bishops of Warmia Castle

After a lovely day discovering Święta Lipka and Reszel, the group will return to Olsztyn. Dinner and overnight in Olsztyn.

Day 5 – Elbląg Canal Cruise – Ostróda

After breakfast, the group will travel to Buczyniec for a scenic cruise along the Elbląg Canal (approximately 2 hours).
Experience the canal’s remarkable inclined plane system, where boats are transported over land. Celebrate Mass in a local church.

Continue to Ostróda and visit the exterior of the 14th-century Teutonic Castle, an important medieval landmark linked to the history of the Teutonic Order. Return to Olsztyn. Dinner and overnight in Olsztyn.

Day 6 – Departure

• Breakfast and check out of the hotel.
• Celebrate a final Private Mass and free time.
• Transfer to Gdańsk Airport for your return flight.
