Achonry and Elphin Diocesan Pilgrimage

The Achonry and Elphin Diocesan Pilgrimage to Lourdes will take place from 28th August 2026. Led by the Bishop of Achonry & Elphin Kevin Doran.

A detailed religious programme has been organized by Joe Walsh Tours in conjunction with the Dioceses of Achonry and Elphin, so pilgrims can have a very special time at the Sanctuary.

The  Achonry and Elphin Diocesan Lourdes pilgrimage is a fully escorted tour including:

  • Direct return flights from Knock to Lourdes
  • Coach transfer to hotels on arrival (Transfer from Lourdes airport to the Accueil operated by the Hospitalité)
  • 5 nights accommodation
  • Breakfast, lunch & dinner each day
  • Coach transfer from hotels to Lourdes Airport (Transfer from Accueil to Lourdes airport operated by the Hospitalité)
  • Check-in assistance at airports
  • 1 x 20kg check-in bag & 1 x small personal item under seat
