Join our Ecumenical Pilgrimage to Rome, departing 30th October 2023 from Dublin and experience the Vatican and Rome’s most important basilicas and religious sites.
We will start our pilgrimage visiting the Basilica of Saint Paul Outside the Walls, built in the 4th century where the disciple was buried. Then we will visit the Vatican museums and Saint Peter’s Basilica before enjoying a walking tour of Rome. We will enjoy a sightseeing tour of this magnificent city admiring its extraordinary heritage and its most iconic monuments, such as the Colosseum, the Pantheon, or the Roman Forum.
In Rome we will explore its magnificent squares, such as Piazza Di Trevi as well as visiting the Ireland and Anglican office and the Palazzo Doria Pamphilj.
On the last day we will visit the Basilica of Saint John Lateran, and the Basilica of Saint Mary Majors, one of the first shrines dedicated to Our Lady and home to exquisite mosaics.
