Day 1 – Depart Dublin to the Holy Land.
Meet fellow pilgrims at Dublin Airport and check in for your direct flight to Tel Aviv. On arrival at Tel Aviv Airport you will be met by a Joe Walsh Tours representative and transferred, by private coach, to your hotel in Jerusalem where you will stay for four nights. Breakfast and dinner will be served each day at the hotel.

Day 2 – Jerusalem.
Depart after breakfast for the Mount of Olives, visit the Church of Ascension, Pater Noster and Dominus Flevit. Visit the Garden of Gethsemane and the Church of All Nations and Mary’s tomb. Drive through the Kidron Valley to Mount Zion to visit the Church of the Last Supper and the Church of St. Peter in Gallicantu where we will have Mass. Drive to Haas Promenade. Enjoy the panoramic view of the Kidron Valley

Day 3 – Old City & Garden of Gethsemane.
Breakfast at the hotel. Drive to the Old City, entering through St Stephens Gate. Visit the Church of St. Anne, the Pool of Bethesda, Pilates Palace and Judgement Hall and Ecce Homo Arch. Walk along the Via Dolorosa through the Ecce Homo Arch to the Church of the Holy Sepulchre where we celebrate Holy Mass. Walk through the Jewish Quarter to the Western Wall and through the oriental bazaars to the Jaffa Gate. Holy hour at the Garden of Gethsemane. Transfer back to the hotel.

Day 4 – Bethlehem.
Morning drive after breakfast to Ein Karem and visit the Church of St. John and the Church of the Visitation. Continue to Yad Vashem Holocaust Memorial for a visit. In the afternoon, continue to Bethlehem. Celebrate Holy Mass at the Church of Nativity and visit the Shepherds’ Fields before returning to Jerusalem

Day 5 – Travel the Galilee.
Drive through the Judean Wilderness to the Dead Sea region to Qumran, where the Dead Sea Scrolls were found. Optional visit to Massada, a famous fortress of King Herod’s period. Enjoy a dip in the Dead Sea, the lowest point of Earth before Mass in the Church of the Good Shepherd, Jericho. Drive along the Jordan Valley to the Sea of Galilee. Check into our hotel in Tiberias where you will stay for four nights. Breakfast and dinner will be served each day at the hotel.

Day 6 – Mount of Beatitudes & Sea of Galilee.
Enjoy a boat trip on the Sea of Galilee. Depart from Tiberias to visit Magdala. Drive to the Mount of Beatitudes and celebrate Holy Mass. Continue to the Primacy of Peter and after to Tabgha to visit the Church of the Multiplication of Loaves and Fishes on the lakeshore. Visit Capernaum. Drive along the eastern shores of the Sea of Galilee to the Jordan River Baptism Site. Dinner and Overnight in Tiberias

Day 7 – Nazareth & Cana.
Drive to Nazareth, visit Marys Well & Josephs workshop. Mass at the Church of the Annunciation. Continue Mount Tabor – ascend and descend by taxi to visit the Church of Transfiguration. End the day at Cana; those who wish, may renew their wedding vows at the Church of the First Miracle (St Johns Chapel).

Day 8 – Valley of Armageddon to Mount Carmel.
Drive through the Valley of Armegeddon to Ceasarea. Continue north along the coastal road to Haifa where we visit the Carmelite Monastery (Stella Maris) and enjoy a panoramic view over the city and bay. Celebrate Holy Mass at the Monastery. Drive on the Carmel Mountain range to visit the Church in Muhrakha. Return via the Galilee Mountains to Tiberias.

Day 9 – Return.
Breakfast at our hotel is followed by departure, by private coach, to Tel Aviv Airport. Check in for your flight to Dublin. Joe Walsh Tours representatives will be with the group providing assistance at the airport.
