64th International Military Pilgrimage to Lourdes

The 64th International Military Pilgrimage to Lourdes takes place from 22nd to 26th May 2024.

“After World War II, French soldiers and their chaplains invited German soldiers and their chaplains to gather and pray together. This initiative sought to heal memories, reconcile the past by recognising their common identity as Christians in need of peace. Since 1958 the pilgrimage has expanded to include other countries of Europe, the Americas, and other states.”

A detailed religious programme has been organised by the Joe Walsh Tours team in conjunction with the Military Pilgrimage so pilgrims can have a very special time at the Sanctuary.

The International Military Pilgrimage to Lourdes is a fully escorted tour, including direct return flights from Dublin to Lourdes, transfers,  4 nights hotel accommodation, and the support of our knowledgeable local guides and representatives.
